Crew Worker Agreement
Effective Date: October 3, 2026
1. About This Agreement
This Crew Worker Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Autoworklet, LLC ("Autoworklet," "we," "our," or "us"). It applies when you join Autoworklet Crew and every time you take a Crew task.
Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to your account. If they conflict with this Agreement about your Crew work, this Agreement controls.
You accept this Agreement when you tick the box to accept it. If you do not agree, do not join Crew or take tasks.
2. You Are an Independent Contractor
- You work for yourself. You are not our employee, agent, or partner, and you are not entitled to employee benefits.
- You decide whether, when, and how often you take tasks. There are no minimum hours, and you may work for anyone else, including our competitors.
- You provide your own computer and internet connection.
- You are responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for the tax information we need to pay you and to meet our own reporting obligations.
3. Eligibility and Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to do this work where you live.
- Keep one Crew account, for yourself only. Do not share it.
- Do the work yourself. Do not pass a task, or what you see in it, to another person or to an automated tool.
4. Tasks
Tasks come from our customers' automations when they need a person. Each task runs on a cloud computer that belongs to a customer, and you work on it through your browser.
- You see a task's price and instructions before you claim it. We may limit which tasks you see, based on your skills, and how many you hold at once.
- After you claim a task, start it within the time shown. If you cannot finish it, abandon it so another worker can take it.
- Follow the task's instructions. Do only what the task asks.
- If a task asks you to do something illegal or harmful, or something you are not comfortable doing, stop, abandon it, and tell us at [email protected].
5. Earnings and Payment
- You earn a task's price when the customer approves your submission. If the customer does not review it within the review period, it is approved automatically.
- If the customer rejects your work, you can dispute the rejection within the time shown. We decide disputes, and you earn the price if we decide in your favor.
- You do not earn anything for a task you abandon, a task that expires before you submit it, or a rejection that stands.
- Approved earnings are released after a seven-day hold. We pay released earnings by the method and on the schedule we agree with you in writing.
- Your Crew account shows your earnings. If you think an amount is wrong, contact us at [email protected] and we will review it.
- We may withhold or reverse earnings for work that breaks this Agreement, such as a false or copied submission.
6. Confidentiality
"Customer Information" means everything you see, hear, or can access during a task. That includes what is on the screen, documents, data, sign-in details, the task's instructions, and who the customer is.
- Use Customer Information only to complete the task.
- Do not copy, photograph, record, screenshot, download, write down, or share it, except for a result the task asks you to submit.
- Do not keep any Customer Information after the task ends. Delete any copy you made by mistake, and tell us.
- Do not use sign-in details you see outside the task. Do not change passwords, security settings, or other account settings unless the task tells you to.
- Do not explore parts of the customer's systems that the task does not need, and do not contact the customer outside Crew.
- If you see information the task should not have shown you, such as health records, payment card numbers, or government ID numbers, stop, do not record it, abandon the task, and tell us.
These duties continue after the task, and after this Agreement ends, for as long as the information is not public. They do not stop you from disclosing information when the law requires it; if you are allowed to, tell us first.
7. Monitoring
Your connection to a task's cloud computer passes through our servers, and we record what happens in it, including:
- Every key you press during the session
- Text copied into or out of the session, in part
- When the session starts, ends, and goes idle, and how active it is
- What you submit for a task, including notes and screenshots
We use these records to protect customers, check the quality of work, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and investigate misuse. We may end a session at any time.
8. Work Product
Everything you produce while doing a task, including results, notes, screenshots, and data you enter, belongs to Autoworklet and our customers. You assign to Autoworklet any rights you have in it, and you waive any moral rights in it to the extent the law allows.
9. Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, copied, or incomplete work as finished
- Install software on a task's computer, or change its settings, unless the task asks you to
- Try to get around our monitoring, session limits, or security
- Do anything our Terms of Service prohibit
10. Suspension and Removal
We may suspend or remove you from Crew if you break this Agreement, if your work repeatedly falls below the quality customers need, if you create a risk to customers or to us, or if we stop offering Crew. You may leave Crew at any time by telling us at [email protected].
When you leave or are removed, we still pay earnings for work approved before then, unless we withhold them under Section 5. Sections 5, 6, 8, 11, and 13 continue to apply.
11. Liability and Disputes
You are responsible for harm you cause by breaking this Agreement, including a breach of Section 6. Sections 18 (Disclaimers), 19 (Limitation of Liability), and 21 (Disputes) of our Terms of Service apply to this Agreement, including binding individual arbitration and your right to opt out of it.
12. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement. When we do, we will ask you to accept the new version before you take another task. If you do not accept it, you can no longer take tasks, and we will still pay earnings for work approved before then.
13. General
This Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Autoworklet about Crew. It is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. You may not assign this Agreement; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Questions go to [email protected].
